Protecting your personal data matters to us as much as caring for your smile. This policy explains what data we collect through our website, why, how we protect it and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Greek Law 4624/2019.

2. What data we collect
When you contact us
When you call or email us for information or to book an appointment, we process the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the content of your message and the details of your appointment.
When you browse the website
With your consent, we use cookies and similar technologies from Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Facebook Pixel), which collect information such as the pages you visit, the length of your visit, your device and browser type and an approximate location. You can find more details in our Cookie Policy.
For security and proper operation, the website server also logs technical data such as your IP address and the time of access.
Health data
The website does not collect health data. Please do not send us medical information, X-rays or test results by email; we will discuss them at the clinic. Each patient’s medical record is kept at the clinic in accordance with the laws governing dental practice and medical confidentiality.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
4. Who receives your data
We do not sell or rent your data. Only the following have access to it, and only to provide their services to us:
- Google Ireland Ltd (Google Analytics, Google Maps),
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd (Facebook Pixel),
- our website hosting provider and our email provider.
Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Google and Meta may also process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in which both companies participate, and on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep your data
- Communications: for as long as needed to handle your request, after which they are deleted unless the law requires us to keep them.
- Statistics (Google Analytics): up to 14 months.
- Cookies: for the period stated for each one in our Cookie Policy.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data,
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- have your data erased (“right to be forgotten”),
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing,
- withdraw your consent at any time.

8. Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that the processing of your data breaches the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (1-3 Kifisias Ave., 115 23 Athens, Greece, tel. +30 210 6475600, www.dpa.gr).
9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, such as an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access restricted to authorised persons only.
10. Children
The website is not intended for children under 15 to give consent. For children, contact and appointments are handled by a parent or guardian.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
